Ne… plus — Meaning and Pronunciation
Ne… plus is a French negation structure meaning “no longer” or “not anymore.” You’ll see it used in the construction ne + verb + plus. Use it when something has stopped or changed over time. For example, je ne fume plus means “I don’t smoke anymore” and je n’ai plus de temps means “I don’t have any more time.”
IPA pronunciation of ne… plus is /nə … ply/ (IPA), which sounds like “nuh … ploo”.

Je ne travaille plus ici.

Elle ne fume plus.

Nous ne regardons plus cette émission.
