Jusqu’à Meaning
Jusqu’à is a French preposition meaning “until,” “up to,” or “as far as.” It’s used to express the end point of a period of time, a distance, or a limit. For example, “Je travaille jusqu’à cinq heures” (I work until five o’clock) or “Je marche jusqu’à la gare” (I’m walking as far as the train station). It also appears in common expressions such as jusqu’à présent (until now/so far).

The IPA pronunciation of jusqu’à is /ʒys.ka/, which sounds approximately like “zhews-kah.”
